Performing Entertainers Forum(PEF) is a gathering of entertainers created by young Akinola Matthew Opeyemi,fondly called MC YAM,who is a standup comedian who shuttles Lagos and Ogun state though he is also a compere(MC), poet,song writer,writer,actor,show host.
He affirmed that PEF is a forum to to bring fast rising superstars together;musicians/rappers, dancers,DJs,comedians,models etc and creating platforms for the world to also see them and involving some boards and firms for these stars to shine.
According to him,he said with his little experience as a hypeman,MC/show hosts he discovered there are lots of guys who are as good as Olamide,Davido,Tiwa,Wizkid,DJ cuppy,Kiss Daniel and the likes but still struggling on the street to survive;and they are also deprived platforms to showcase themselves which deprived them from pushing their careers but PEF with the involvement of some other firms;stars will shine. Don’t forget 2face celebrated his 20 years on stage few days ago and still very very relevant,he has fit into d shoes of BobMarley,Luckey Dube,KSA,Ebenezer Obey,gradually he is going and don’t be surprised that the artiste that would fit into the shoes of 2face is yet to be discovered.
He stressed that PEF is affiliated to some DJs for mix tapes promotions ,bloggers for online promotion and others
Finally,he said the date for the inauguration would b fixed soon and everyone is invited and it’s going to be in Ogun state.
